From what time is the room available on the day of arrival and at what time should it be vacated on the day of departure?

For the arriving guests, rooms are available from 2 pm. On the day of departure the room must be vacated by 10:00. However, a luggage deposit is available for guests who arrive earlier or intend to leave the place a few hours later.

Breakfast is included?

Please check the terms and conditions of the booked rate to check if breakfast is included.

Does the hotel also have an outdoor restaurant?

At our guests' disposal there is an open-air restaurant only for dinner with typical cuisine on the edge of the garden.

Does the hotel have rooms for disabled guests?

Some rooms are available for disabled guests. We invite you, however, to request this type of room at the time of booking.

Does the hotel have a Concierge service?

The concierge service is available to help you plan your stay and make it more comfortable: general information, reservations for museums, restaurants, theaters, car rental with or without driver, bike rental, baby sitter and many other services can be organized to the customer.For baby sitting this should be requested during the booking for availability

You can arrive by car directly in front of the hotel and we have a parking area for loading and unloading luggage.

The nearest railway station is that of Cupra which is 5 Km (5 minutes by car).

Where is the nearest airport?

The nearest airports are those of Falconara and Pescara, both of which are about an hour from us.

How is the cleaning and supply of Safaritent linens and rooms organized?

Room service includes daily tidying up, changing towels every three days and changing sheets once a week. The safaritents are already provided with bed linen and towels for the bathroom upon arrival.

The property offers a fridge / freezer for all guests for common use.
